Our children’s ministry here at Windword is called Kingdom Kids. We believe in the next generation and want to help our children grow closer to God and experience the love that He has to offer. We want parents to be assured that their children are in good hands with our Kingdom Kids team, and through exciting activities, interactive worship, and foundational teaching we seek to empower our young ones and their families to become everything that Jesus has for them to be!
When you first arrive to Windword, you will be greeted by our welcoming team and they will help you with any questions you have regarding age and time that kids go downstairs.
We use planning centres check in system and have a station set upstairs at the main table with an iPad and printer. Feel free to ask a greeter with how to check in if you need assistance!
Once the children are dismissed, usually after worship, you can bring your children downstairs where we will be waiting to welcome them. We look forward to getting to know you and your kids and help them grow in their walk with the Lord!
Please bring your children down after worship when they release the kids.
Our team designs curriculum based off of the 700 Club Superbook Series.
Our team has experience with different types of special needs and would love to meet with you and talk about your specific situation.
Currently, ages 1-10 are welcome to come down (for the 1 year old they need to be walking).
We use planning centre for check in and require either the known parent or a designated person with the correct label to pick them up.
We provide a nursery for mothers to watch or nurse their children. We also provide access to the live service feed in the nursery so you don’t miss a thing.
Either someone from our team with come up and get you, or your unique code will pop up on the screen.
